5. Application Form

When you contact us through our online application form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact data you provide, are stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions.

FormCraft Form Service

We use the FormCraft service (formcraft.app) for our application form. The data entered via the form is transmitted to and processed by FormCraft.

Legal basis: Data processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time.

Data sharing: Your data will be used exclusively to process your application and will not be shared with third parties unless you have explicitly authorized us to do so.

Storage period: The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. For application data, this is a maximum of 6 months after the completion of the application process.

6. Server Log Files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
