Job Description

As a customer service representative, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You answer questions, solve problems and ensure that our customers are completely satisfied. We offer you comprehensive training, even without prior experience in customer service.

Your Responsibilities

  • Phone and written customer support
  • Processing customer inquiries via email, chat and phone
  • Solving customer problems and complaint management
  • Documentation of customer concerns in the system
  • Collaboration with other departments to solve problems

Your Qualifications

  • Friendly and service-oriented demeanor
  • Good communication skills
  • Native-level language skills
  • Basic PC knowledge
  • No work experience required
